Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your website. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions for refunds on services purchased from CT Web Solutions. It is part of our Terms of Service.
14-day satisfaction guarantee (setup fees)
If you are not satisfied with the first preview of your website, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will either:
- Rework the site until you're happy, at no additional cost; or
- Refund your setup fee in full, less any third-party costs already paid on your behalf (domain registration, premium plugins/assets, paid stock photography).
The guarantee applies only to the one-time setup fee for the package you purchased.
After acceptance / 14 days
Once you accept the final preview, or 14 days pass from purchase without a written request for revisions or refund, the work is considered accepted and the setup fee is non-refundable. Future change requests are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Recurring services (hosting, AI agent, automation)
Hosting, AI voice agent, social automation, retainers, and other recurring services are billed in advance for the upcoming period.
- You may cancel any recurring service at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If we materially fail to deliver a recurring service due to our fault, we will refund or credit the portion of the period affected.
What is not refundable
- Third-party fees already incurred on your behalf (domain registrations, premium plugins, paid assets, ad spend, third-party subscriptions).
- Work completed at your written request outside the original scope.
- Setup fees more than 14 days after purchase, except where required by law.
- Services purchased on promotional or discounted pricing labelled "final sale."
How to request a refund
Email conner@ctwebsolutions.com with:
- Your name and the email used to purchase.
- The package or service in question.
- The reason for the refund request.
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first — we almost always resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Initiating a chargeback after work was delivered and accepted, or without first contacting us, may result in:
- Suspension or termination of services and hosting.
- The disputed amount plus chargeback fees being referred to collections.
- The matter being submitted to arbitration as set out in our Terms.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
