Anti-Spam Policy

CT Web Solutions sends two kinds of email: transactional messages (project updates, invoices, support) and commercial outreach (introducing our services to small businesses that might benefit from them). This policy explains how we comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, and similar laws — and how you can stop hearing from us at any time.

Choose any of these — all of them work:

Once you opt out, you will be added to our suppression list and will not receive further commercial email from CT Web Solutions, even from another campaign or sub-brand. You may still receive purely transactional messages if you are an active client (invoices, project updates, support replies).

Reporting spam from us

If you received an email from us that you believe violates this policy, please forward the full message (with headers if possible) to conner@ctwebsolutions.com with the subject "Spam Report." We investigate every report and respond within 2 business days.

SMS and phone

If we contact you by SMS, reply STOP to opt out. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not auto-dial or use recorded messages without prior express consent.
